Hi,
I haven't been able to log onto the net since yesterday. Trying to figure out the problem, and by the looks of it, it may be due to the "internet" light on my zoom modem turning red instead of the regular green?? the WLAN , Power & DSL lights are green, but the internet light is red
can anyone pls help?

Hi, With or without the firmware update, the wireless should work and be indicated with the WLAN led. Have you done an update? Have you tried a hard reset? Most routers would require a reset to default after a firmware update. Pls be reminded that when you do a hard reset, all configuration would be lost, better log them down or do a backup. Alternately, you can check your router's web based configuration manager, apparently, there is an enable/disable feature/selection for the WLAN. Verify that is set to enable. Hope this be of help/idea. Post back how things turned out or should you need additional information. Good luck and kind regards.

i think it will be 10.0.0.2, not 10.0.0.02
SOURCE: Can't access Config Manager for Router - Zoom x6 5590
- Reset the router (10 seconds)
Access the configuration page (10.0.0.2)
or
Try to assign a static IP address to the computer (IP 10.0.0.52 Automated SubnetMask, Default gateway 10.0.0.2)
Access the configuration page (10.0.0.2)
(Note: Make sure that your computer is physically connected to the LAN ports of the router and your modem is connected to the WAN or Internet port.)

You may check the following:
1. Make sure to plug the power cube into a power strip or wall outlet and then plug the power cube's other end into the modem's power (PWR) jack.
2. You should only use the power cube with the Zoom X6. Other power cubes may damage your hardware.
3. Try another wall outlet.
4. Reset the modem. Use a paper clip and insert it into the RESET pinhole in the modem's back panel and press it 3 times. Then turn off the modem for a minute and turn it back on. Check if the power light will turn solid green.
5. Possible defective modem.
Hope this helps! Good luck!

Same problem. Internet light is red.
Tried restarting and tried resetting per Zoom instructions.
Now I can't even log in to the router any more.
