    I need a table top stand for my LG model no 42pc5d,like the one that came with the TV originally,preferably or one that will work (fit into the female receptacle holes ) in the bottom of the tv....Thanks..

    I discarded the tabletop stand for my 37" VIZIO LCD as I was mounting the TV. But now I'm changing my room design and can't find a tabletop stand.

    I need the fixing measurements on the rear of this TV which you would use if hanging on a wall bracket.
    Also I would like advise on a Table Top Stand for this model TV. I need to buy a stand which only has a narrow base of about 50cm but raises the TV up enough to place A SKY HD box and a DVD player beneath the television.

Try looking on ebay might need to search for tv pedestal instead of tabletop stand and if not try lg support website

Your best bet here would be to call LG customer service--if a stand is available they will know which can be used---be sure to if you do not have them get the hardware info for the stand as well.

There are some generic ones on the internet but an original one would be best.

How to remove stand from a lg 37lg3000
at the back there should be about 4 screws that go through tv casing and into stand. undo them and then lift the tv from the stand, get someone to give you a hand lifting it

LG 42 in TV Table Stand does not seem to be very sturdy
Yes! these TVs are very top heavy and it is normal! as far as your stand it should not wobble too much but it should be ok!9If you have dogs or kids you might want to invest in a sturdy stand! for safty sake!
