Try one or more of the following solutions:
Solution 1: Press Enter.
Press the Enter key to accept the Software License Agreement.
Solution 2: Change the screen resolution to 1,024x768.
On Windows Vista:
Right-click the desktop and choose Personalize.
Choose Display Settings
If the screen resolution is less than 1024 by 768 pixels, then drag the Screen Resolution slider to the right until the screen resolution is 1024 by 768 pixels.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
On Windows XP or 2003:
Right-click the desktop and choose Properties.
In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Settings tab.
If the screen resolution is less than 1024 by 768 pixels, then drag the Screen Resolution slider to the right until the screen resolution is 1024 by 768 pixels.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
Solution 3: Set video driver display DPI and Font size to Normal/Default.
Set the Font Size setting and DPI settings in the Display Properties dialog box to Normal/Default before you install the Adobe application.
On Windows Vista:
Right-click the desktop and choose Personalise
Open the DPI Scaling Control Panel by choosing Adjust font size (DPI)
Select Default Scale (96 DPI)
Click Apply, and then click OK
On Windows XP or 2003:
Right-click the desktop and choose Properties.
In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Appearance tab.
Choose Normal from the Font Size menu.
Click Apply.
In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Settings tab.
Click Advanced.
Choose Normal Size (96 DPI) from the DPI Setting menu.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

This is a simple work around, but it worked for me. Create a new user and make that account the Administrator. Log in with the new account an then run Adobe and click Accept. Some reason this worked for me. Good Luck.
