My zte lever won't hook up to my home Internet.. Please help

This tutorial will explain how to get connected to Wi-Fi on your ZTE Tania Connecting your phone to a Wi-Fi network means you can access the internet, download apps and perform other tasks without incurring data charges.
This guide will show you how to get connected on the ZTE Tania.
How to connect to a Wi-Fi network
  1. From the main menu either swipe right-to-left on the touchscreen or press the right arrow button on the top right of the interface.
  2. Scroll through the menu and find the 'Settings' icon, then tap it.
  3. Press the button marked 'Wi-Fi'.
  4. Tap the Wi-Fi networking On/Off switch to turn Wi-Fi on.You'll then see a list of available wireless networks.
  5. Select the network you want to connect to.

  • If you selected an open network, your phone will automatically connect to the network. Note that some Wi-Fi networks, such as ones you might find in coffee shops, restaurants, or hotels, may require you to enter a password in your web browser before you can connect.
  • If you selected a secured network a password box will pop up. Enter the required password and then press 'Done'.
When you're connected to a wireless network, the wedge-shaped Wi-Fi connected icon appears in the status bar and shows you the signal strength - indicated by the number of bands that light up.
Unless you have wiped your phone, you won't be required to re-enter Wi-Fi details again as your handset should remember them.
How to connect to hidden networksA Wi-Fi network might be hidden, which means the network name isn't broadcasted. In this case, it won't appear in the list of available networks on the Wi-Fi Settings screen and a notification won't appear when the network is in range.
To connect to a hidden Wi-Fi network when it's in range, you'll need to enter the network name and password. Remember that the network name and password are case sensitive.
  1. From the main menu either swipe right-to-left on the touchscreen or press the right arrow button on the top right of the interface.
  2. Scroll through the menu and find the 'Settings' icon, then tap it.
  3. Press the button marked 'Wi-Fi'.
  4. Ensure that Wi-Fi is switched on.
  5. Press the 'Advanced' button.
  6. Tap the plus (+) icon.
  7. Enter the network name.
  8. Press the 'Add' button.
  9. On the 'Sign In' screen, enter the password, then tap 'Done'.
How to disconnect from a Wi-Fi network
  1. From the main menu either swipe right-to-left on the touchscreen or press the right arrow button on the top right of the interface.
  2. Scroll through the menu and find the 'Settings' icon, then tap it.
  3. Press the button marked 'Wi-Fi'.
  4. Tap the Wi-Fi Networking On/Off switch to turn Wi-Fi off and disconnect from the wireless network.
Alternatively, you can also press and hold the network name and then tap 'Delete' to disconnect.
However, bear in mind this removes the security settings if it's a secured network, meaning you'll need to enter them again next time you reconnect to that Wi-Fi network.

How do i connect to the wifi

If you need to connect your HTC Wildfire to a Wi-Fi network then check out this simple, step-by-step user guide to getting connected wirelessly

If you're using your HTC Wildfire for the first time, you can easily select the Wi-Fi network you'd like to join using the setup manager.

When you opt in for either Mobile Network or Wi-Fi, or just Wi-Fi, the Wildfire will by default try to connect to a Wi-Fi network near you.

Select the network you wish to connect to, enter the password if required and you're set up.

If you want to change the settings, or set it up for the first time, you can do this through the Settings menu.

Note: If you're attempting to access a network-based page or app, you may be required to set up a new Wi-Fi connection. When prompted, select the option to set up a new connection.

  1. Access the Wi-Fi settings menu by navigating to the Wireless & networksmenu
  2. Select Wi-Fi settings
  3. Choose a listed network, or add a hidden network by selecting Add Wi-Fi network
  4. If you choose one of the listed networks and it's secured, enter the password, press Connect and you'll be connected to that network
  5. If you wish to access a hidden network, select Add Wi-Fi network and enter the SSID
  6. If a password is required, you'll be prompted to enter this before connecting

If Wi-Fi is turned off, you can now turn this on by ticking the box in the Wireless & networks menu.

Hoe can i connect my ipone to wiifi on my belkin router

Wi-Fi settings determine whether iPhone uses local Wi-Fi networks to connect to the Internet.
Turn Wi-Fi on: Choose Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi on.
Join a Wi-Fi network: Choose Wi-Fi, wait a moment as iPhone detects networks in range, then select a network. If necessary, enter a password and tap Join (networks that require a password appear with a lock icon).
Once you join a Wi-Fi network manually, iPhone automatically joins it whenever the network is in range. If more than one previously used network is in range, iPhone joins the one last used. When iPhone is joined to a Wi-Fi network, the Wi-Fi icon in the status bar at the top of the screen shows signal strength. The more bars you see, the stronger the signal. Set iPhone to ask if you want to join a new network: Choose Wi-Fi and turn "Ask to Join Networks" on or off. Join a closed Wi-Fi network: To join a Wi-Fi network that isn't shown in the list of scanned networks, choose Wi-Fi > Other, then enter the network name. If the network requires a password, tap Security, tap the type of security the network uses, and enter the password. You must already know the network name, password, and security type to connect to a closed network. Some Wi-Fi networks may require you to enter or adjust additional settings, such as a client ID or static IP address. You can type it manually by login onto the Belkin's network page using the browser and by copying the static and dynamic IP address.

Ipod wi fi conection

Wi-Fi Functionality
  1. Connects over the last Wi-Fi network you used that's available.
  2. If no Wi-Fi networks you've used are available, iPod touch will scan for Wi-Fi networks and show a list of Wi-Fi networks in range. Tap a network and, if necessary, enter the password to join. Networks that require a password show a lock icon (307189_1.jpg) next to them.
  3. Option to manually enter your Wi-Fi network name/SSID (if the Wi-Fi network is configured not to broadcast or be displayed to the public). If necessary, enter the password to join.
When iPod touch is connected to a Wi-Fi network, the Wi-Fi icon (307189_2.jpg) in the status bar at the top of the screen shows connection strength. The more bars you see, the stronger the connection.
Wi-Fi Settings
  1. Turn Wi-Fi on or off.
Choose Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi on or off.
  2. Set iPod touch to ask if you want to join a new Wi-Fi network.
When you are trying to access the Internet, by using Safari or YouTube for example, and you are not in range of a Wi-Fi network you have previously used, this option tells iPod touch to look for another network. iPod touch will display a list of all available Wi-Fi networks that you can choose from. Networks that require a password appear with a lock icon (307189_1.jpg).

If "Ask to Join Networks" is turned off, you must manually join a network to connect to the Internet when a previously used network is unavailable.

Choose Wi-Fi and turn "Ask to Join Networks" on or off. If you turn "Ask to Join Networks" off, you must join new networks manually.
  3. Join a Wi-Fi network manually.
Choose Wi-Fi, wait a moment as iPod touch detects networks in range, then choose a network. If necessary, enter a password and tap Join. Networks that require a password appear with a lock icon.
  4. Make iPod touch forget a network, so that the device doesn't join it automatically. Choose Wi-Fi and tap the arrow (307189_3.jpg) next to a network you've joined before. Then tap "Forget this Network."
  5. Connect to a closed Wi-Fi network (an available Wi-Fi network that isn't shown in the list of scanned networks).
Choose Wi-Fi, then tap Other and enter the network name. If the network requires a password, choose Security, tap the type of security the network uses, and enter the password. You must already know the network name, password, and security type to connect to a closed network. Some Wi-Fi networks may require you to enter or adjust additional settings, such as a client ID or static IP address. Ask the network administrator which settings to use.
  6. Adjust settings to connect to a Wi-Fi network
Choose Wi-Fi, then tap the arrow (307189_3.jpg) next to a network.
