SOURCE: built in webcamera driver for msi u100
Hello.
Your problem is not the drivers. The msi u100 webcam is supported by the operating system without the need for installing drivers for it.
Instead, turn it on by pressing and holding the Fn key (bottom left corner) and then pressing F6.
Cheers

Press and hold the fn+f11 keys to cycle through all the wireless functions. You'll have to press repeatedly to find the combination of wireless features to turn on or off that you want. Depending on if you have wireless, 3g and bluetooth you might have to press f11 several times.

The DC jack, where you plug the power adapter cable, might be loose or defective, & needs to be either re-soldered or replaced.
In order to do this, the laptop needs to be disassembled
& the motherboard taken out. Also, the motherboard needs to be checked for defective/burned out components in the
area near the DC jack. Any defective/burned out components found should
be replaced, or you might need to replace the laptop's motherboard
altogether.

SOURCE: Hey my webcam is not
It sounds as if the drivers were uninstalled or became corrupted in some way.
The problem is that the drivers for this webcam are not downloaded separately but are native to Windows 7.
Try this solution and post back if it worked or not. If it doesn't work, I will attempt to help you further.
1. Turn on the webcam via the FN+F6 keys.
2. Press Win+R to open the Run command.
3. Type "devmgmt.msc into the dialog box and press enter to open Device Manager.
4. Find the extra "USB Composite Device" and right click on it.
5. Select "Update Driver" and click "Search automatically for updated driver software".
Windows should find the appropriate driver and install it. If it doesn't, then post back here and I will help you further.
Good luck and thanks for using FixYa.
