How to solve E000001-0002 canon ir3300 error code

E000001-0002 refers to the fuser assy either getting to hot or not hot enough. Fuser error codes cannot be reset by power cycling the machine even though that is what the display tells you to do. In order to reset the fuser error code you must enter the service mode & reset the code. To enter the service mode: press"Additional Functions" button (looks like a picture of a head with a star inside) press the #2 and #8 at the same time (simultaneousley) press "additional functions" again The display should show a choice of copier, feeder, sorter, fax,or board service modes Select copier select clear select ERR press OK Turn power off & back on. ****IMPORTANT**** After clearing error stay at the machine to see if it comes to ready. The fuser assy can reach 139 degrees C.(Water boils @ 100C) The error can only be cleared through the service mode because a technician should inspect the fuser to verify there is nothing faulty that could possibly start a fire. If you enter the service mode & clear the error, power cycle the machine & during warm up the machine throws a code again- turn it off, unplug it & call a tech for fuser repair. Good Luck!! I can be reached @ [email protected] if you have any questions.

Electronic panel freezes!

In reference to Kenmore washers in general:
Most washer's can be reset like a personal computer.
If the appliance does not accept inputs from the control panel, follow the Hard Reset steps below to reset the control:
  • Unplug or turn the circuit breaker off for 30 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord into the wall outlet or turn the breaker back on and wait 30 seconds.
  • Press the Pause / Cancel / Stop button twice to clear the display.
  • Start a short cycle, to check operation of the appliance, by selecting a cycle and pressing and holding the start button until the appliance starts.
Note: If the Hard Reset does not work, there may be an internal failure with the appliance, that requires service

Can't select wash cycles

Is the control board displaying any fault codes?

Try disconnecting the power cord to the washer from the wall outlet for 5 maybe 10 minutes...give the control board enough time to power down and hopefully the control board could self-correct itself by resetting. No different than re-booting a computer.

If you still run into the same problem, and if so equipped, try holding down the "end of cycle" signal button for 10 seconds and see if that resets it.

This machine was spinning with an uneven load and stopped working so I emptied the machine and took it apart. I found the shock absorber on the tub needed to be put back together so I fixed that problem...

The error E68 means the ccu has sensed a stuck button on the console. MANY times this is a false error and means that either the ccu or interface must be replaced, but SOMETIMES, there really is a stuck button. TRy to run a diagnostic using the instructions I have provided below, let me know if you need any help with it.
1. Press and hold Select and Cancel buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds to reset the control. The buzzer will sound
1 time and "rES" will be shown briefly in the display.
2. Immediately after, rotate cycle selector knob 5 turns counter-clockwise to the second position from the bottom.
Press and hold the Options and Cancel buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds. The control will enter test mode,
the buzzer will sound 3 times and all LED's will rapidly flash.
After entering the test mode, the cycle selector knob can now be rotated to select the following tests:
Rotate the cycle selector knob clockwise from the starting position:
0 turns: All LED's will flash.
1 turn: Drive motor runs; heat source is on. Drying LED is lit. "H" and the control thermistor reading will toggle
back and forth in the display.
2 turns: Drive motor runs; heat source is off. Cool Down LED is lit and "AF" (Air Fluff) is displayed.
3 turns: Drive motor runs; heat source is off. Drying and Cool Down LED's are lit and numbers appear in the
display showing moisture sensor readings. Opening the door (press in on door switch plunger) and placing
a finger on the both moisture sense bars at the same time will make the numbers decrease. In controls that
do not have a digit display, the More Dry LED should be ON. Opening the door (press in on door switch
plunger) and placing a finger on the both moisture sense bars at the same time will make the Damp LED
come on.
4 turns: Drive motor runs; heat source is off.
Key test:
a. When the Temperature key is pressed, all the temperature LED's should light.
b. When the Dryness key is pressed, all the dryness level LED's should light.
c. When the Options or Select key is pressed, all the Option LED's should light.
d. When the Start/Pause key is pressed, all the cycle status LED's should light.
e. When the Cancel key is pressed, all the cycle status LED's should light.
5 turns: Drive motor runs; heat source is off. Cool Down LED is lit. Control thermistor reading is displayed.
6 turns: Drive motor runs; heat source is on. Drying LED is lit. Control thermistor reading is displayed.
7-11 turns: All LED's will flash
To EXIT test mode, press and hold the Select and Cancel buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds or disconnect power
from dryer. Dryer will be reset for regular operation.
If you cant even enter this mode at all, your interface will have to be replaced. There is no way to determine whether its the intrface OR ccu, but in my experience, it's usualy the interface that ends up needing replacement. Here is the part to order.
