What do I have to do to make yahoo my home page?

Ways to set up a home page
Interenet Explorer - Goto settings -> Enter the website id (for eg. gmail.com) and select the startup option as "Show my home page"
Mozila Firefox - Goto Settings -> Options -> Select When Firefox starts - "Show my home page" and enter the homepage website url (for eg. gmail.com) -> Save settings
Google Chrome - Goto Settings -> Under On start up section -> Open a specific page or set of pages (go to set pages and enter the homepage website url)

Dear , Its depend on Browsers.. If you are using Mozilla Firefox,, so its very easy ,, open yahoo home page.. then on the top of the your mozilla browser , you will see TOOLS option, click on it, then in sub catagory, u will see option, click on it,, then different option will appear.. but on 1st page , they will asking about home page.. so click on the, Current page option, so after that , yahoo will become set as a your home page.

There is no relation between Yahoo as home page and accessing yahoo mail.

You can always open an internet browser and type the url www.yahoo.com. On the webpage you can click on "Mail" at the top of the left column. This will take you to the Yahoo Mail site. There you can type your user name and password and login.

Anyway, if you want to set Yahoo as home page you can open your internet browser and click tool->Internet Options. This will open a dialog box. Under the "general" tab there will be a text box under "Home Page". Type www.yahoo.com in the box. Click OK.

Close the browser. When you open the browser again yahoo home page will come.

3. Choose Options
4. Choose General
5. Click on Use Current Pages

Now whenever you hit the home button or open your browser for the first time, it will open that page.

Go to Yahoo.com. Click on Tools -> Internet Options -> General Tab.In the section under Home page, click on the Use current button. Click OK.

This is assuming that you are using Internet Explorer. If you are using a different web browser it might be slightly different.

In IE goto Tools > Internet Options > enter http://mail.yahoo.com in the Home page text box Click Apply
In Safari goto Settings (icon on the right/wheel) > Preferences enter http://mail.yahoo.com in the Home page text box Close the window
In Google Chrome go to Settings (icon on the right/spanner) > Options click the Basics tab and enter http://mail.yahoo.com in the Home page text box Click Close

reset to the default home page, log off, and log back in and then reset your home page, Yahoo has upgraded again and this happened to me, it's a pain, but that is how I fixed it

I use Yahoo mail myself with Yahoo being my home page but I do not know what a "Subject Page"is. If you can open internet exploier,I would go to internet tools and reset the home page. Some downloads change the homepage. I hope this helps.

open internet explorer>tools>internet options, then you will see home page, yahoo should be there, just highlight it, or type it in again.
