My picture is pinkish and glossy

If the overall picture has a pinkish hue to it and skin colors appear to have pinkish blotches. White scenes have a pinkish hue to them then it is is likely the main display board, 6871QCH029A. This board is located next to the Y sustain board. Need to remove the tv from the stand to get to the main display board. I just fixed my Z50PX2D that had the pinkish hue to it by replacing the main logic board. Check ebay for boards.

The tv have a problems known as a convergence problems,it dead.The tv have colors lines R,G,B mis alignment,have colors shadows pictures or 3D pictures look alike.The tv convergence board have dead 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all it resistors are dead too.These parts,must be replaced on the tv convergence board to solved the tv picture convergence problems.The shop,will cost u like $300-350 for parts and labors.

Picture color is pinkish and out of focus

there might be a problem with ur monitor.

Step 1 - check these pics on sumone else's comp or open sum other jpegs just to check

Step 2 - If the pics are fine on sum other comp then ur monitor needs attention

Otherwise

use Adobe photoshop

adjustments ----> color balance to get rid of pink tint

The picture-taking display is unclear and pinkish

Check if this is in all the SCN.
If this is on the printed pics also or just on the LCD.

If this is an intermittedly problem if there is a pattern in the occurance.

Yellow Haze Center Screen

The blue filter is burnt out. A very common problem in Zenith DLPs. There are 3 color filters, 1 blue (a pinkish color), 1 green (a grayish brown) and 1 red (it is red) they give you your colors for you picture. This is a simple fix.

Philips 28PW6515-05 flat screen TV

You have a bad connection on the CRT board thats mounted on the end of the picture tube it sounds like, or the socket on that board that plugs into the TV set is intermittant or has a bad solder connection on it. Good Luck
