My phone is locked by my friend and he does not know the security code now. what to do ?

Some phones come with the option to have your phone ask for a security code whenever it locks without actually shutting down the phone. This might get annoying because every time you want to use your phone you'd need to enter the security code. This should be in the security panel of your phone settings. You can also check your user manual if you aren't sure where to find it.

One time my friend's phone locked him out.I do not know if you ever programmed it in or not but this is worth a shot at least.I tried a few basic numbers such as 0000,1234 on my friend's phone,no luck.Then I simply tried the last 4 digits of the phone number assigned to the phone and it worked.If you programmed the phone lock code yourself and my idea does not work,your cell carrier may be able to find it.I would imagine that they would keep a record of them somewhere.Good luck,Greg

use this code without sim card inside. 2945#*# than factory reset option. all user data will be erased. if you phone asking security code even without sim card also than you need to visit professional who can reset it with specialized software.

take the mobile to the nearest nokia service center. and tell them to reinstall the os of the phone. u can find the nearest nokia center from www.nokia.com

U can get the IMEI by typing *#06# or at the back of the mobile u will have this number kindly send it so that i can generate the master security code

By default the security code on your phone will be the last 4 digits of your phone number.

as i know that nokia didn't publish their master code,,,,
as i found on internate that it's master code is 123456789,10
but it dosen't work on my phone
go to the repair center and ask for unlock...
or buy dongel your self and unlock programme too then unlock your self

You can access the phone using the PUK code provided in your phone. once you access it, i dont think you can change the code as you dont know the current one but surely can disable it..!!
