Sounds like you got a nasty virus, if your PS3 is still under warranty I'd take that thing back for a new one.

PS3 says ''The hard disk's file system is corrupted and will be restored'' We press OK and the system says its restoring. When restored it comes up with the same message.

You need to restore your hard drive manually by connecting your hard drive to a computer, once installed you must select the hard drive and format it. once done you must format again but as FAT 32 and Done

THIS KEEPS REPEATING

If you have to keep on restoring the file system to the same HDD, it may be a bad drive. The manual actually goes over how to go about replacing them.

My PS3's hard disk file system is corrupted

There is an alternate way to restore your HDD. Turn off your system and when u see the red light, hold the power button in front until you hear a total of 4 beeps (1 alone, 1 alone, 2 together). It usually works on second try. it should show a screen and say hook up controller with a usb cord. Then it should show i think 6 options. Choose the restore option. it should work.

Hope it works and wish you all the best!
P.S.- I just got the 80010514 error on my ps3 and my ps3 games dont work anymore :(

Contact Sony if it is still under warranty-Otherwise you will need to buy another hard drive. The installation process is really easy.
