Neff dishwasher takes 3 hours, fails to dry dishes

If the appliance stops during dishwashing or does not start for no obvious reason, first run the Abort
programme function (Reset).
Terminating the programme (Reset)
1. Open the door.
2. Press START button 9 for approx. 3 sec. until all displays go out.
3. Close the door.
The remaining programme sequence for draining the residual water takes approx. 1 minute.

if your unit has fuses. check it out first. a blown out heater element might be the cause of that.

Most likely you have a control panel failure

Use the heated dry and do leave the door open a crack after each wash and you should have no issues.

on the ECO 50 cycle dish washer will not stop. have had to switch it off, when try to restart it automatically goes back to the ECO 50 programme. Can you please help. The Serial No. is ADP 2440 WH.

First try disconnecting the unit, completely from any power, for an hour or more, look in any control doors or access points for a small battery mounted to a board or in a holder, if you find one, take it out also, noting the positive and negative orientation.

If that doesn't do it, there are reset buttons under the tops or lids of some NEFF models, if there is an obvious lid after trying the no power trick, take off the top and look for a stand alone reset button.

At what point in the programme does it stick, i.e. is it washing or rinsing or draining, does the water get hot?

Try using just the rinse aid in the tablets, don't put anymore rinse aid in the dispenser(This may take a while for it to empty) this should help with the drying.
failing that look at manual that will tell you how to put the extra heat programme on
