The lower thread does not bring up , so that the uper thread does not come in contact with the lower thread .I hear unusaul noise while sewing.All these happend when I tried to sew a jeans .i used a thread which is used in factories . I need help I read the manual carefully but I did not find a hint about the solution.

Many White brand sewing machines were made by Singer. https://www.singer.com/support has a manual for the White 370. The upper threading is described on page 9 with the matching figure 10 on page 8. (These are pages 9 and 10 of the PDF.)

For most sewing machines, the pattern is fairly similar for the upper thread. Make sure that the needle is in the highest position and the presser foot is up. You work from right to left and go down, up and down again. Bring the thread from the spool through the guides on the top. For the 370, bring the thread through the rear guide and then through the front guide. Bring the thread down and between the tension discs. Pull the thread up on the left hand side of the tension discs. Bring the thread up and around into the notch on the check spring. Bring the thread down under the thread guide bar and into the guide near the check spring. Then bring the thread up and through the take-up lever. Bring the thread down and through the thread bar guide. Next bring the thread through the lower thread guide at the guide bar. Now bring the thread through the guide at the needle clamp. Push the thread through the eye of the needle from left to right. Leave a 3-4" tail of thread behind the needle.

The factory standard tension is the midway point between the high & low number. Then tweak the tension from there. Tighten to pull the lower thread higher in the fabric, Loosen to bring the top thread lower in the fabric.

what you describe is a result of the needle thread tension being too loose
to get manuals go google and type in -- workshop manual for ( make and model) sewing machine
there will be pdf version downloads if they are available

are you using a wire threader or tweezers to thread up? also some overlockers have a slide mechanisim on the looper so you can get to the eyelet, not familiar with this model but your manual should show the threading method. I usually turn the flywheel so the lower looper is all the way to the left and thread up the lower thread carrier, then turn flywheel again to move it to the right, then using the wire threader, I hook the thread from the left and bring it over to the right side, then thread up the looper eye. Some sergers will unthread themselves if the thread is not threaded through the throat plate right. Especially the lower looper because there is not a lot of space for it to move. Try bringing the thread from the looper straight up through the hole in the throat plate, not to the side of the plate. You can also talk to the professionals at the link that I have attached. Make sure your needle is correct for the machine and make sure it is fully inserted and undamaged.

you just hold onto the thread... you don't need to hold it taut.

Are you sure the bobbin is in properly, machine threaded properly

If there is a screw on the side of bobbin case try tightening it up.This usually worked on my old machine.
