If i insert any sim in nokia 2700-c model then it cant accept sim card
You you can unlock your phone, but take into account all unlock codes are personalized from a dealer and can't be given for free.
Here is what I found for you:
1 - Switch on your Nokia 2700 Classic without any sim card.
2 - Don't bother as to what is displayed on your Nokia 2700 Classic.
3 - Compose #pw+CODE+1#.
4 - The Nokia 2700 Classic would then display the message "SIM Restriction Off" and will be unlocked!
Note :For Nokia 2700 Classic mobile phones locked to the network Fido or Rogers in Canada follow these instructions :
1 - Switch on your Nokia 2700 Classic without any sim card.
2 - Don't bother as to what is displayed on your Nokia 2700 Classic.
3 - Compose #pw+CODE+7#.
4 - The Nokia 2700 Classic would then display the message "SIM Restriction Off" and will be unlocked!
The letter p appears if you press the button star(*) three times quickly
The letter w appears if you press the button star(*) four times quickly
The symbol + appears if you press the button star(*) two times quickly
The CODE you need to enter is the unique unlock code for your Nokia 2700 Classic
Each Nokia 2700 Classic mobile phone has an unique unlock
code. You can buy the unique unlock code for your Nokia 2700 Classic

Oh, and also note that you shouldn't make any mistakes while typing in unlock codes because a few too many can hard lock your phone.

1 Enter the number you think is your 4-digit unlock code. Do it once slowly, so you don't waste the number of tries you're allowed before the cam completely locks. If you never set a code, try 1234. The factory sets this as the default. If that fails, try the last four digits of your home phone number. That's the default of some network providers. If all these fail, go to Step 2.
Try 000000 as the factory default setting for the security code. If that doesn't work, go to Step 4.
