My Toshiba laptop won't turn in. Yesterday I was

Unplug, remove battery, plug in reboot. OR, try a System Restore to a date before this issue. Have you cleaned the fan, vents, heatsink recently? Is it overheating? It would be helpful if we knew the Toshiba Model number and the OS you are using.

I replaced the ignition lock cylinder in my 92 cabriolet and I turned the key and it started first swing, then I was putting the steering wheel covers back on and it just turned off... When I try to turn...

If it's an automatic check fuse #15 wether it's a stick or automatic you should have power at the red & black wire coming out of your ignition switch when you turn key to start postion and power at the red wire going into switch at all times. if no power coming oit on the red/black wire you need an ignition switch. if there is power coming out of switch try putting car in nuetral (for auto trans). if still nothing you'll need to check for power at small wire going to starter when key is turned to start. if has power then need starter if no power you'll need to check starter interlock relay.

I accidentally overheated my Panasonic Plasma TV TH-42PZ700U. It won't turn on, and the power button is just blinking. What can I do?

All you can do is: Take the plug out of the wall (power) - wait 2hrs, plug in and try again. If it will not work after being cooled and the capacitors drained (which this will do) then it needs repair.
