My keep right furnace not working getting 3 green flashes

you have a bad pressure switch.
Soft lockout, furnace control error, 1 hour delay before unit will self try. If code repeats immediately following power reset, then replace switch.
3 Flashes Pressure switch open when should be closed on single stage models. Low pressure switch open when should be closed on 2 stage
power reset is turning the power off to the unit for a minute then back on.
Hope this helps you and isn't as clear as mud :)

Our Rheem Classic Air Conditioner Unit keeps tripping the reset button or something and we have to run out and trip it. Well today it won't turn back on.

What's probably happened is that your outdoor unit has overheated due to a high pressure/high temp situation. The reset button at the base of the o.d. unit is a HIGH PRESSURE RESET. This safety is factory installed to prevent the unit from operating under an excessive(per design) pressure.
•The o.d. coil needs to be cleaned
•The o.d. fan motor needs to be replaced
•The run capacitor(s) at the o.d. unit need to be replaced
•There is a restriction in the refrigerant cycle
Its also possible that a component has faulted, along with a high pressure issue. 1 problem can cause another. The reset opening sometimes let's us know something is wrong and its time to repair the problem before it gets worse. Its hard to say what to do now. If it was still opening the pressure switch you could try washing the o.d. coil. Call a tech!

Never shuts off

You have to try resetting the system. First turn the breaker off for the condenser and wait about 20 seconds. After you turn it back on the system should reset.

Reem air unit have to hold down reset button to keep running

that reset is for the high pressure switch. this means your compressor is getting to hot which is then increasing the pressure and tripping the switch because the fan isn't running. usually if a capacitor is bad you can give the motor a "kick start " and the blade will then start turning. use a long stick or screwdriver to spin the blade but then you will know you need a cap. that switch is protecting your compressor, don't hold it down to keep it running.

I have a Ruud Model RQNA-B 13 Seer heat pump and it has shut down during this cold snap. It does this everytime it turns extremely cold and in the summer when it is extremely hot. Help, the service men...

If the outdoor unit is not operating and the electric heat is working, more than likely the outdoor thermostat is keeping the unit off.

This is an adjustable setting, doing it at the outdoor
unit. Typically the unit is ste anywhere from 15-35
deg outdoor temp. If it is 20deg outside and unit is not operating you turn it down to 15 deg to get the unit to run.

In the summer time if the unit is placed where it is
extremly hot most of the day, then the unit is
probably either shutting down to the compresssor
internal overload, which resets on its own. Or it
is tripped out due to a High pressure switch
whick can be reset manually or automatically depending on the unit.

The High pressure switch is located on the liquid line
which is the smallest of the two refrigerant lines.
If its a manual reset, just push the button in.

If you can get the unit to run, check to make sure
the outdoor fan is operating.

The remote keeps needing to be reset

I would say the f1,f2,f3,f4, is speeds on the fan motor. If you turn the unit on to cool then I would say you need to keep the fan running all the time. But need to run it med-high or high speed to give good cooling.

Mitsubishi msz-a24yv air conditioner.keeps turning itself off and the opertation light keeps flashing

a/c units have ways of protecting their major components. if you have a freon leak it could be shutting down on low pressure safety switch. or it could be overcharged with freon and be shutting off on high pressure, although high pressure safeties usually have a manual reset. therefore a low pressure
problem is more likely
