This appears to be an issue with the driver.
Before replacing the driver though, make sure it isn't just the document itself that is the issue.
Try printing several different documents. If all other documents print, there's a problem with the document itself.
If several, or all documents from multiple sources (not all generated from the same program) then it's time to completely uninstall the driver, and then go to www.hp.com and get the driver specifically for your operating system for that printer and install it.
Remember to reboot between the uninstall and the reinstall.
If this yields the same results, then install an HP laserjet 4 driver on the same port as the currently installed driver using the add printer function in control panel/printers.
print the offending documents through this driver by selecting the HP Laserjet 4 as the printer when printing. If this solves the issue, make the laserjet4 the default driver.
