Those are Red Dot Lamps. people most comonly know them as red dot fuses, ( whatever ) it just goes on the crossover to protect your hfd. if it blew you might want to take time to check your Tweeter.

Peavey tnt 115 blowing fuses

Very unlikely, sounds like it's faulty. Was this on plugging in or were you using the amp, and if so doing what? What is your supply oltage?

Peavey Vyper Tube 120 keeps blowing fuse

You are either trying to: (A) push it too hard, (B) using the wrong type of fuse -- should be a "Slo-Blo" type, or (C) it has internal shorting or voltage modulation and requires service.

Need a fuse cover/door for a Kurzweil k2661. How can I allow continuity? It is not your typical fuse. It appears as though the fuse door must have prongs that plug into the power supply via the rear.

You will ikely have to purchase the whole power entry module, but use only the boat that holds the fuse. Find matching part at

Search for "power entry" to get a list... many do NOT have fuse and many do have and you can use the photos to match what you need.

The fuse holder and fuse fell out while in upright position. I borrowed the amp from a friend. Where can I find the cap that holds the fuse in, and what fuse do I replace it with?villaslasolas

You are in big trouble! You will wait months to get the part from Behringer. Here is link to similar itrem from Search for keyword "fused entry"

This may or may not be the exact match and they have several similar types. You will have to buy the whole power entry unit as finding the exact "fuse drawer" is not likely.

I believe you shoukd use a 6.3 amp fuse in the unit and the size to fit the fuse drawer in the entry unit,

So, i think I've blown the fuse in my Marshall MG 100 HDFX head (I tried to run 2 speaker cables out of the head into a quad...stupid >.<). What type of fuse do these heads use? How can i access...

The fuse is inside the unit so as to force you to open it and look for damage.

The fuse is likely a 3 amp/250 volt type.

Replace the fuse and then put a 100 Watt light bulb in series with the hot side of the power input. If the lamp stays lit with no load on the unit, then there is damage that requires repair before use. If you just replace the fuse repeatedly you may damage further components.

In the future obey the minimum resistance load on your amps.

What kind of fuse does a Peavey PR12N sound reenforcement(PA) speaker take? Blew the internal fuse and cany find one(locally) Looks very similar to a cars interior ''dome'' light bulb

According to the Peaver PR12N Manual which can be viewed at

This unit requires a ABC Type Fast Blow 5 Amp fuse. The replacement fuse must be of the correct type to properly protect the unit. If the fuse continues to blow repeatedly the unit should be taken to a qualified service center for proper repair.
