Hello, the problem seem to be related to the video card you're currently using, See if you have an integrated video card: a hint to find out is to see behind your computer if the monitor connection is on a side of the back panel is probable you have an incompatible integrated video system, you can solve this problem by buying and installing a compatible video card as any Nvidia or ATI card, Call an IT professional and ask for some advice on what card you should buy and install to make these problems disappear, also ask him/her to install it for you.

Have a nice day, and If you have any other questions you can come back and reply.

PD: If you still want to buy and install it yourself ask me again and I'll help you.

It has DINPUT.dll error

Dinput.dll errors usually appear when a game or other software program is started. and are caused in one way or another by an issue with Microsoft DirectX.

The dinput.dll file is one of many files contained in the DirectX software collection. Since DirectX is utilized by most Windows based games and advanced graphics programs, dinput.dll errors usually show up only when using these programs.

Solutions:

1. For Dinput.dll not found. Reinstalling Direct X should fix this.

2. Install the latest version of Microsoft DirectX. Chances are, upgrading to the latest version of DirectX will fix the dinput.dll not found error.

Note: Microsoft often releases updates to DirectX without updating the version number or letter so be sure to install the latest release even if your version is technically the same.

Note: The latest version of DirectX should be installed no matter if you're running Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP. The installation may include DirectX 11, DirectX 10, and DirectX 9 files, but they run side-by-side without problem on all of these operating systems.

3. Assuming the latest DirectX version from Microsoft doesn't fix the dinput.dll error you're receiving, look for a DirectX installation program on your game or application CD or DVD. Usually, if a game or other program utilizes DirectX, the software developers will include a copy of DirectX on the installation disc.

Sometimes, though not often, the DirectX version included on the disc is a better fit for the program than the latest version available online.

Uninstall the game or software program and then reinstall it again. Something might have happened to the program files that work with dinput.dll and a reinstall could do the trick.

Restore the dinput.dll file from the latest DirectX software package. If the above troubleshooting steps haven't worked to solve your dinput.dll error, try extracting the dinput.dll individually from the DirectX downloadable package.

4. Update the drivers for your video card. While it's not the most common solution, in some situations updating the drivers for the video card in your computer could correct this DirectX issue.

I cant play fifa 09 on my acer aspire one 522, is it with the resolution? how can I fix this?

Your processor is the problem : It's a dual core 1GHz AMD C-Series processor C-50 and even though it might barely be able to run the game, the game was made before the processor type was released, and thus the game doesn't know what the heck it is and only sees that its a 1GHz CPU and thus considers it to slow to run the game.

Here are the system requirements:
Operating Systems: Windows XP SP2 / Windows Vista - CPU: 2.4 GHz
- RAM: 512 Megabytes of RAM (1 GB required for Windows Vista)
- DirectX 9.0c Compatible 3D accelerated 128 MB video card or equivalent (must support Shader Model 2.0 or above)
- DirectX 9.0c Compatible Sound Card
512kbit/s or greater broadband connection for online gameplay
- 6.1 GB free hard disk space for DVD format and additional space required for DirectX 9.0c installation
- 8x or faster DVD-ROM drive

-The specification of your computer meets the system requirements and I believe that your not going to have any problem installing GTA also playing GTA.
Minimum System Requirements:

800 MHz Intel Pentium III or 800 MHz AMD Athlon or 1.2GHz Intel Celeron or 1.2 GHz AMD Duron processor
128 MB of RAM
8 speed CD / DVD drive
915 MB of free hard disk space
(+ 635 MB if video card does NOT support DirectX Texture Compression)
32 MB video card with DirectX 9.0 compatible drivers ("GeForce" or better)
Sound Card with DirectX 9.0 compatible drivers Keyboard & Mouse

Recommended System Requirements

Intel Pentium IV or AMD Athlon XP processor 256(+) MB of RAM

It shows "Video card doesn't support UBYTE4N

Your Intel integrated graphics card doesn't meet the minimum system requirements. To play the game you have to upgrade your graphic card which support at least "shader model 3.0".

Updating your DirectX or Graphics drivers will not help either.

Hope it helps.

How to initialize directx 9 renderer

1. Just install the latest directX 9 @ DirectX 9.0c (Jun 10) download

2. Update your Graphic Cards drivers from the Manufacturers' site.

3. Update your PC/Laptop hardware drivers to the latest versions!

If you have done the above and still cannot cannot use the directx 9 rendering, most probably your graphic card does not support the rendering options.

Hope it helps.

FATAL PROBLEM: -->A required texture format

DXTC is an acronym or stands for DirectX Texture COmpression.
The three algorithms are different only for the alpha channel compression, the RGB part is exactly the same for all three. So if you don't need alpha blending you should use DXT1, as using DXT3 or DXT5 will only double dds file size without any improvement in visual quality. Instead, I regularly find out in texture replacement lots of DXT5 compressed textures with the default white alpha channel.
So what i suggest is you download a directX and if you will delete a games of software dont update the directx
