I have a samsung front loader washing machine J1043/
J843, it fills with water but will only rotate a little but not enough to wash, however if i put in on the spin cycle it will spin after the water has been drained out, it also makes a drrrrr sound while attempting to spin. Any ideas on how to fix it.

Most modern washers use little water. Let it do a wash cycle and see if the results are satisfactory. If not good enough there is a way to allow more water to be used. Give it a go first.

I've had this problem before. It was a while ago but it was either a broken belt or the belt had slipped from the correct position and needed to be put back on. It was under warranty and a service tech fixed it.
you should be able to contact samsung parts department and purchase it through them or they can give a name of a distributor they also deal with marcone appliance parts.the part number you nedd according to your info is dc92-00200b main pba assy
If you stand in FRONT of the washer, leaning over the top, the drive wheel is underneath the main drive motor, on the RIGHT hand side. Loop the belt over the drive motor wheel, then over the main pully, and it should be good to go!
