The door latch is won and will need to be replaced.

d5 is a door lock error code,more than likely a bad door latch it's an easy repair,here is a link to the Neptune repair manual this the Mah 3000 but they all come apart the same way the only real difference was in the control panel and the door latch in yours uses a solenoid to lock instead of a wax motor

check plastic hose out side of tub to pressure switch
if ok replace pressure switch

if you remove the back console, youll be able to see the "machine controlboard". appro. ha;f way down and favoring the left side of circuit board youll notice a small blue relay cover(MAYBE 3/8"X1/2" in size. well just above that relay cover you see a resistor that will be physically burnt out( a real noticable burn ring around it) if this is the case you need to replace the board as well as the "wax motor" within the latch assy.

you need to replace the wax motor door latch as i have read all of them have to be updated due to defect,if you need more info let me know-mike

Check latch mechanism for alignment. Often operation of machine loosens latch mechanism causing internal switch for "door open (or ajar)" preventing rinse or spin cycle. Opening and closing door presses latch mechanism closing internal switch allowing for continue processing to rinse or spin cycles.
