Internet Explorer toolbar

When you say "these" do you mean you have multiple toolbar's located on Internet Explorer? If so, and these are toolbar's that you added over time and now wish to remove, go to control panel then click on remove or change programs. At this point, every program on your computer will be presented. Scroll through and choose those that you wish to delete and remove one by one. However, if these multiple toolbar's are "ask" or "cool search" and the like, then your computer is infected with malware. To remove both the viruses and toolbar's, download a free malware removal program such as Malwarebytes Free Trial.

How do I remove the ASK toolbar???

If your ASK toolbar is part of the bar where start button is, right click on a blank part of the gray bar, goto toolbar, uncheck ASK toolbar.

If part of Internet Explorer, Click on Tools - Manage Addons. In the new window, scroll down the list, click once on the toolbar that you want to remove, and then click on disable in lower right corner. Close the window, and restart IE. Toolbar should be gone.

Note that both of the above don't actually remove the toolbar, it just disables them. After they are disabled, use the Add Remove programs located in Control Panel, to remove the programs.
