R13 refrigerant. This refrigerant is hard to find nowadays but a conversion kit from R13 to R134a is probably to best thing to do because R134a refrigerant is everywhere.

It will be difficult to find (not to mention expensive) the required refrigerant for your year car. I suggest taking the car to a mechanic to have this serviced. But if you want to DIY then go to auto parts store and get the r134 conversion kits. Note: the freon in your car is hazardous material and need to be properly disposed of.
Its a 1990 fifth avenue,why would you even think of putting time and money into fixing ABS....It was optional equipment in 1990,and is just like driving any car without ABS...
