My phone at the school that I work at is a Mitel Superset 4025, with the daylight savings time/time change. My phone for example reads: 11:20am when it is right now 12:20pm. Could you please guide me step by step on how to change the time on this phone?

The time has to be changed in the programming interface of the phone system itself. You cannot change the time from any set other than a 4150 or a super console 1000. These sets can only be used to change the time on a mitel sx200 or icp. This does not work on the 3300.

On MITEL phone systems the time displayed by the telephone is (A) controlled by the main control in the back room, and (B) seldom precisely accurate to better than plus or minus 1 minute. That's the nature of the beast. However, if employees are complaining about the time displayed on the phone, perhaps they may not have enough work to keep them busy (my opinion). The DST offset will occur automatically on newer systems. If it doesn't, then a simple keyboard command entered on the system console will correct it.

You will need to contact your Vendor to have them change it. The time is for the entire phone system, not just an individual telephone.
Most sites I work with, have a site admin that can set the time. If they can't someone should contact the supporting vendor.

Either your on-Site system administrator, or your vendor will have to make the change. This is a system wide setting, not just your phone.

You should contact your vendor for this support.

Was your old phone the same type? If not most change in programming.

Need to log into phone system or if the 4150 is a sub att. you go through the softkeys.

It depends on your Mitel Telephone system.

If your system is an SX200 ICP ~ then going thru the Blue Superkey options the Mitel will let you change your own name.

But ~ if you have a 3300 ICP then the name change is only performed via the system programming.

You will need the Mitel system programmer to change the Class Of Service of your set, this will change the number of rings before it goes to Voicemail.

Unfortunately, unless you know how to get into the system or have an administrator onsite that has rights to the Mitel system, a Mitel Specialist will be required to make this change.

The only way to change the time on your individual phone is to change the time on the entire phone system.
