Whenever i login that time show me below error (81003002)

1. Try to login after some specific time , and check if you are able to login successfully,
2. After several attempts in the login fails, then you need to restart the PC and try again while you are connected to the internet.
3. Make sure that you have not logged in to yahoo mail from your browser/internet explorer, if you have then you need to log out and check logging in the yahoo messenger only.
4. Remove the application via uninstall from the add / remove programs option , and then delete the registry keys related to yahoo messenger or the complete yahoo messenger folder and then install it again , as many time it would work.
5. To remove the registry keys you need to start regedit.exe from the run command in the start menu and search for yahoo messenger for e.g. "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Yahoo\Pager"
6. Delete the folder for pager if it exists.
7. Resintall yahoo messenger , and try to login again and it should work fine.

First uninstall Yahoo! Messenger through add/remove programs.

If you want to do a total clean uninstall of Yahoo Messenger then also navigate to Program Files on your hard drive and delete the Messenger folder inside of the Yahoo Folder. Follow this path (XP): My Computer>>C: drive>>Program Files>>Yahoo>>Messenger. Reboot your computer (important!).
