If it starts out in 2nd gear & dosn't shift, it is probably in a limp in mode. the system will need to be diagnosed & computer satisfied. sometimes disconnecting the battery will reset the computer & allow the trans to shift untill it sees the problem again. I recomend getting the codes read first so the memory will not be erased.
None of country have country code +96. But middle easts' country code starting with +96. +960: MV +961: LB +962: JO +963: SY +964: IQ +965: KW +966: SA +967: YE +968: OM +969: --
p1698 code=No CCD message from TCM or No Transmission Bus Messages It means the person's computer could not connect with yours.it's possible it was his problem if your not having any issues
HAVE SOMEONE EXTRACT THE CODE FROM THE CAR'S COMPUTER. IF THERE IS A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON THEN THE PCM HAS A CODE STORED ON IT. IT SOUNDS TO ME LIKE A THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR, BUT JUST CHECK THE CODE TO BE SURE. SOME OF THESE CAN ALSO HAVE A BAD IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU TO FIND THE PROBLEM. PLEASE KEEP ME POSTED, THANKS FOR USING FIX-YA. GOOD LUCK
