Uninstall old webcam software
Restart your computer
Identify your cam on the logitech support website
The older cams are on the second page - look for the link 'Still cant find your Model?' at the bottom of the page.
Click on the cam when you find it to start the download procedure

Here is logitech download page, select your model and download software. Install software with camera NOT connected to usb. Connect only when required by software or after installation.
