Hi,

Please try resetting the printer as per below instruction.

Power Drain:

Turn OFF the printer, disconnect the power cable from backside of the printer and from wall outlet.
Press and hold the Power button for 60 seconds.
Connect the cable and turn ON the printer.

Partial Reset

Remove the power cable from back side of the printer while its ON.
Press and hold "#" and "3" button, while holding them both insert the power cable and release the button after 10 seconds.
If printer turns OFF, press power button to turn it ON.

Semi-Full reset

Remove the ink cartridges.
Remove the power cable from back side of the printer while its ON.
Press and hold "#" and "6" button, while holding them both insert the power cable and release the button after 10 seconds.
If printer turns OFF, press power button to turn it ON.
Insert the ink cartridges.

Looking for part# C7309-60089 ADF

You can try at www.partsurfer.hp.com if not available just put that number in google and you will find several dealers with hp parts. Everprint.com has many parts but they are expensive.
