Is my creative 4.1 sound blaster is compatible in windows 7? I tried to but i failed. Thanks a lot ..

It says Windows 2000/XP, but it will most likely be fine for Vista too.

You can try the compatible drivers Win 7 for SB 5.1 VX (SB1071)drivers at Creative site @ http://support.creative.com/KB/showarticle.aspx?sid=61105&h=13

5.1 Sound Blaster may not be compatible with Windows 7

for anything past xp you have to use software called the kx project which is for 30 and 64 bit vista and windows 7 drivers will work every time creative does not have posting past xp drivers the cards to old but its an oldie but a goody hope that helps
