If your full light is on then check to make sure your collection bucket is not full. Empty as required.
If the bucket is already empty and the full light is still on, then you have a problem with the float level switch. This is a common problem on all models and is usually just the result of an improperly placed bucket interfering with the float mechanism. Take out the bucket and try jiggling the little float assembly with your finger to see if you can loosen or dislodge it. Make sure the unit is set to MAXIMUM so it will turn on right away if you manage to fix it that way. If this works, then try to see if you can tell what was interfering with the float mechanism and correct it.
Good luck.
