Luv Millennium Crib need Model Number Help. I have the Date 05-16-00 but no model number ANY where. I want to order the recall part for this item but don't have the model number. Made in Taiwan. I do have pictures if that will help. Thank you

Due to infant deaths, that model crib was recalled by government orders. Unsure if any replacement parts would be available after the safety recall due to deaths.

That model has been recalled for missing safety pegs on the legs. If any of the legs of your crib are missing the safety pegs, call Delta at (800) 816-5304 for a free repair kit. (I would probably call them anyway just to clarify if there are any further problems with your particular model)

Due to the numerous recalls involving Delta cribs Products America is not able to supply any parts for their cribs. I suggest you first going to the CPSC's website at www.cpsc.gov and making sure that the crib you are using is not part of the recalled units. If it is, you should be able to find details on how to go about replacing the crib from the CPSC website as well.

I went to the website www.deltaenterprise.com. You will have to have the country of origin, model number and the date of manufacturer or you can not get the parts. The phone number is 800-816-5304. I do not have fast you will get the parts. I called and did not have the country of origin so I will have to wait.
