calls to and from your mobile phone, i.e. outgoing calls, outgoing
international calls, incoming calls. Barring is activated with a
personal code.

barring as a security measure, to control their use and restrict calls
to pre-approved numbers. The user's personal code must be used to
activate this feature.
How do I get it?
Contact your local Service Provider. You will need a four digit barring
code. Initially this will be 0000. You should create a personal barring
code for security. Please consult your cellphone's instruction manual.
