success. You could ask some specialized manual search engines, like here or here. The services are not for free, but most times worthy - saved my live more than once.

Igor one too, I bought through Easy Cook's website- cookbook and instruction manual, their convection ovens are probably better Australian made, too but I figured that the what was written in their book, would apply to any convection oven and it does, and I recommend that solution.
