There is only one blinker '. If it works for a left turn there is something else wrong. Check the lamps and sockets. Could be a broken wire.
Turn on the emergency flashers and walk around the car to look at all of the lights that should flash.
The turn signal flasher is separate from the hazard flasher and that is the problem that you need to look at.I can''t tell you where the flasher is but i am 95% sure that a new flasher will fix your problem, otherwise that hazards would not work either. It still could be the turn signal switch but that is a rarity.
odd speed blinker is a message to tell you that a light bulb has burned or is disconnected. All front lights can be replaced from the engine compartment EXCEPT the turn signal :( .Unfortunately you will have to pull the headlight assembly out in order to reach the turn signal bulb. If the light was off since the assembly was replaced, there is a chance that the socket was simply left unplugged.
check the hazard switch ive seen them stick or wear out and nothing works. good luck also look for a bulb with only one prong on the end of the bulb it will short the dash lights to keep signal on
either the front or the rear turn signal bulb is blown, that is why the flash frequency is high. replace the bulb and the problem will be solved. best to replace both the front and rear turn signal bulbs. good luck.
Did you double-check to be sure the fuses are intact and not blown? If they are OK, it could be a turn signal relay or the switch itself (I have firsthand experience with the switch failing with respect to headlight operation, so there's no reason to believe that it couldn't fail for turn signal operation as well).
If you find that it's the switch, reply here and I can walk you through its replacement - it's about a five minute job.
Did you check the bulbs? If one bulb is burned out, the blinkers won't word on that side. You could have one bulb burned out on each side. Start the car, put left signal on. Check front and back lights. Is one light on but not blinking? If that's the case, the light that's not on at all is burned out and has broken the circuit so the good light stays on and won't blink. Check the other side. You also have a 'flasher' , actually 2. One for emergency flashers, one for the turn signals. It could be that the turn signal flasher is shot. You just have to unplug it to remove. It's probably located near the fuses. good luck countrycurt0
