Well, from what is indicated in the USB manual for your Brother, check that none of the below issues is causing this.
- Ensure that USB media contains data for no more than 200 embroidery patterns since Embroidery patterns cannot be transferred to the machine if the USB media contains data for more than 200 embroidery patterns. If this is the case, reduce the number of designs saved on the USB media.
- if the embroidery designs contain too many colors (this number may vary within the designs themselves), it may not be possible to transfer an embroidery pattern to the machine, even if there are less than 200 embroidery patterns that have been saved on the USB media. In this case also, reduce the number of designs saved on the USB media.
- Save the patterns in the root directory of the USB media. If embroidery data is saved in a folder on USB media, that embroidery data cannot be retrieved by the machine.
thanks for using fixya
It's possible that the recent work you did was either unnamed, incomplete or not saved. Most design programs have a temporary folder for incomplete projects or unnamed file.Search your hard drive and look for the Amazing Design folder inside of the "Program Files" folder (typically on C drive) Once located, you should find another folder that may be called temp or temporary or something similar to that. If the work is still there, it would likely be inside that folder. Best of Luck!

Thanks for the reply.
I can find the file on my computer but when I transfer it to the USB and plug that into my embroidery machine and go to the files located on the jump drive they do not show up. It has worked perfectly until today.
I used 2 seperate storage cards and both are doing the same thing. I cleared one card completely and I still have the same issue.
Thank you!
