We have a KM 2550 copier and I am trying to get a manual free that tells me how to register a PROGRAM key (one step) to scan documents. The process is long and complicated and I need to register just one button to do it all

Try loading paper in the bypass on the left hand side of the machine.It may be that you are trying to print a document that is a different size to the paper that you have loaded in the copier.

Print Mode Error is Chenglish for a problem with printing. Press the Print key at the left side of the panel, then the display should tell you to add paper etc

Open the browser on your computer, type the Ip address of the scanner on the address bar, the page of the scanner will open, under scan to email destination, you can add or remove accounts.

u can come to know from the server
where its physically installed
goto printers and faxes
then oen printer properties
and there is a tab named shared
see the name there
and write it
and then
u can add to the other macine
and can install

1.....connect a regular fax to the line and see if you get the same response if you do then its a phone line issue... ... now lets troubleshoot...plug a phone in and pick up the reciever... listen for static on the line... if there is static... that can cause issues... call phone company... also if its voip... that can cause issues... if so tune your voip or get filters and this might reduce it... and possibly eliminate the issue.... if not... then i would call a kyocera tech and have him update the firmware for everything on the machine... printboards... scanners, fax... main system and if it keeps happening I would replace the fax board... still happening replace main board...

I have an HP 1350 all in one printer/scanner. It was printing fine until I wanted to scan a document. I pressed the scan button and now its stuck there. I can't get it out of scanning. I tried turning it off, unpluging and replugging. Can you help me.
