I have windows 7, and when I play Mall tycoon 3 it will open and goes to the main menu so i know its not the OS, but it will not load all the way when creating a game. PLEASE HELP!

Unfortunately running an older game like this, you will have issues. Make sure you have the latest updates installed. If that doesn't resolve the issue you may not be able to save under windows 7. I would try compatibility for windows 98 before I give up all hope though.

Method 1.
Let us first download and install the patch for this game and then try playing and check if it works.

Method 2.
If you are unable to play the game or install the patch perform the below steps.

a. Click start and type msconfig in search bar and press enter.
b. Select boot.
c. Go to Advanced options.
d. Place a checkmark on Check maximum memory and increase it to the maximum.
e. click ok and the apply and ok again.

Method 3.
Try playing the game in clean boot state and check if it works.

It is indeed compatible with windows 7.

I have this problem on many of my pc games, The main reason is SCRATCHS!!!! Even i leave them dics on my desk. If it is scratched go to a game shop and get it cleaned it isnt tht much.. Or if it isnt then check you are installing into the right place and the last one is the game data could be faulty.

it should do all you should get is a massage say only test xp.bf2 was xp but works with vistaand windows 7.
also make sure you got the patches for this game

Do you have the specs for the game? i.e. does your pc have the minimal requirements to run the game?
If it does try reinstalling the game.
If that doesnt help, post here again.

the solution on the cd disc is to remove the cd out then uninstall the all games installed in this cd drive replace cd drive when it comes to uninstalling sim delux is goto where saved games in sim deluxe and save folder to a different location then uninstall then re-install with new cd drive and hunt net for nc patches for games that work if this still doesn't work time for re-install windows from scratch if you have a spare hard drive use it to copy all game saves to it then redo windows and all drivers then all games then place saves back into place where they came from. good luck.
