Armitron WR165 watch - changing time

We lost instructions to changing time on the Armitron WR165 watch - the names on the buttons, going from upper left down - across - then up, say:
ADJ ST/STP
MODE LIGHT

Please answer with instructions on how to change the main time!

    I've finally dug mine out of the cave-like hovel called my room. So, I was looking at other places online, and I found several models with the label of "WR165"; So, what's the deal? Just to keep things as clear as they've been so far, mine is digital, has a timer/stopwatch function, says "WATER RESIST" on each side of the strap from the display, and the buttons (going from what would be 12 o'clock, clockwise) are:"ST/STP" - "LIGHT" - "MODE" - "ADJ." And, oh, yeah, I need the time set on mine, too.

    When I press A, then B the only functions that blink an I can adjust are the hour and minutes. I can not set the date or day of the week. I need help!!!!!!!

When you're in the regular time mode press "set". The secons should blink. Pressing "mode" brings you to the hour spot (hour should blink). Press "adj" to change the hour. To set the min., press "mode" again and the min. spot should blink press "adj" to change. Keep pressing "mode" then "adj" until all necessary time components are set correctly. Press "set" to get to regular time mode.

How I change the time Armitron WR165

Light = A - lower left button
Mode = B - Upper left button
Date = C - Upper right button
Alarm = D - lower right button


Set time time / date

Press and hold B (Mode) untill alarm hours flash
Press D (Alarm) to advance these
Press B (Mode) again, seconds will flash,
press D (Alarm) to advance these
Press C (Date), minutes flash, press D to advance these
Press C again, hours flash, press D to advance these
