We have a Bose 321 GS in our house and it usually works great, but for the past couple of days it has been, well, crappy. Every time we a DVD in it plays for a little while, but then it freezes and stops. Then there's this weird clicking noise that comes from the DVD player. We have tried unplugging it then re-plugging it . We also put many different DVDs in hoping it was just a problem with the disk, but nothing. Any help would be great. Thanks!!

DVD player producse clicking noise when the focus len move up and down. hitting the DVD disk. This usually indicate that the lenses are dirty. Cleaning the top focus len usually resolve the problem.
