SOURCE: my bosch exxcel 1400 washing

After checking that the pump was working freely and water was being extracted by means of the pump, I then assumed it could be one of two faults faulty brushs or motor but still as washing machines can hold a charge of electricity capable of causing a fatality after being isolated I ordered the parts required by refering to the model no. and enr no. located behind the door and requested a competent person to fit them. The parts i ordered were brushes.

E50 fault

An imbalance during the spin cycle has occurred. It's possible that the appliance has been overloaded, or the load is causing the drum to be unbalanced.
If the machine has been used repeatedly in a row, which can cause the motor to be overloaded, leave it to cool down for approx. 30 min. and then try again.
If the problem continues to occur, there is a problem with the motor. This has to be repaired by a Service Engineer.

Changed ignition switch and now the car thinks it's being stolen. It shuts off the gas flow. Does anyone have the code or know how to reprogram for the new switch?

YOU HAVE A PASSLOCK SYSTEM WHEN YOU TURN THE KEY THE COMPTER READS IT OK OK RESET YOU MUST DO THIS
1 TRY TO START VEH AND LEAVE IN RUN POSITION FOR 10 MINS
2 DO IT AGAIN
3 DO IT AGAIN
FOR A TOTAL OF 30 MINS THIS DOESNT ALWAYS TAKE THE FIRST TIME. MAY HAVE TO DO IT MORE THEN ONCE AGAIN TRY TO START VEH AND JUST LET THE KEY GO AND WAIT 10 MIN 3 TIMES

Fault code 01

this is actually a fault code error code 1 not one minute check your manual as codes different on some machines from memory i think 1 is a filling fault this machine uses fuzzy logic if water fill takes longer than 4 mins (low pressure) machine stops can be restarted by pressing start button.
see if machine will complete just a rinse cycle.

good luck
