Turns itself off and then won't stay on

Do the self check.

If you unplugged the set, plug it back, turn it on and allow to fail.

Press both the Menu and Input (input may be labeled device) buttons on the front of the set and Hold both for at least 5 seconds and release both.

Power light will begin to blink a two digit error code like 2 blinks, 2 blinks, pause and repeat it for a total of 5 times.

Let me know what error you find and I tell you the meaning and a possible answer.

MY TV WONT STAY ON. WE TURN IT ON IT TURNS OFF. WE DID THE RESET SYSTEM BUTTON.

when it shuts off and power light goes off do the self check this model has.

When green light (power) goes out, on front of set press and hold both the menu and Input buttons for at least 5 seconds and release both.

WATCH THE POWER LIGHT closely, the light should blink a two digit error code.

for example, 2 blinks, 2 blinks and a pause, it should repeat the code at least five times.

Let me know what code you detect and I will tell you what it means.

Will not turn on, 3 seconds after pushing power button turns off again. Thanks!

Engage the self diagnostic feature that this set has:

after set shuts off; On front of set push and hold both the Menu and Input buttons in together for 5 seconds and release both buttons.

The power light should blink a two digit error code (it will repeat it about 10 times) for example: two blinks, a pause, and two blinks (this is the most common error code)

Let me know what the error code is and I will tell you what it means

The DM is fine if the led isnt blinking. Your set is going into protective shutdown. Try pressing the menu and the device/input buttons on the set both in together for 5 seconds to see if the set will blink a series of blinks pause then blink another series of blinks. Such as 2 blinks pause then 2 blinks, Then let me know what the blinks were and I will assist you with whats wrong
