Question edited for clarity and 'make, series, model and number' in correct order.

My searches lead me to believe that you have a model that was made for the Japanese home market and only comes in Japanese. The advert for it is in Japanese. No English Manual listed.

There are a few models like this. Sometimes they can be changed by executing a Firmware Update. Write to Pioneer in Japan. Write in Japanese first and in English below. Be very polite, they like that.

Some units are made for the Japanese home market and only come in Japanese. One easy way is to use a smartphone with the Google Translate app on it and use the camera feature to translate what you see. Look for Settings - Language.

Youtube videos might help show menu for similar model, but it still may be impossible to change the language to English. The Pioneer model from Japan doesn't appear to be designed for English. This same question has been asked for many years without a solution.

I have found it looks just like the AVIC HD1BT and the menus look similar, but at least in English. Check out the install/user/quicksetup manuals here: http://www.pioneer.eu/uk/support/manuals/AVIC-HD1BT/page.html
Might even be able to update the software, if you are prepared to do so at your own risk!

Unfortunately this unit is not comparable outside of Japan. The FM frequencies are not comparable and neither is the map or GPS. There is also no way to change to English. Carrozzeria does a poor job of informing customers of this problem. The radio is superior to many but completely useless outside of Japan. You will want to send it back to them. Sorry.
