How to set up new Google account

you have not mentioned encryption - does the wireless router use WPA or Wep encryption if it does you have to connect the tablet to the actual Wi-Fi if the router broadcasts its id it then your tablet will ask for a password which is the encryption code. This may be the cause of your problem.

Direct Code Entry

1. Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then release the SETUP button.
2. Press and release the desired Mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator blinks, then stays lit.
3. Enter the 4 digit code from the code tables. Note: after a valid code entry, the red indicator turns off. For an invalid code, the red indicator flashes.
4. With your device on, press CHANNEL UP. If the device responds, no further programming is required. Note: If some buttons do not operate your device, try one of the other codes for your brand.

Installation Steps:

Locate the Audio/Video inputs on the back of the TV.
Place the yellow end of the Stereo A/V cable into the Video "in" on the back of the TV. Connect the red end of the cable to Audio "in" Right. Connect the white end of the cable to the Audio "in" Left. Use a slight twisting motion when inserting the each cable and ensure the cables are firmly pressed into the input.
Note: If you have a mono television with only one Audio input, click here for a diagram of how the hook-up will look. The Y-adapter pictured is optional; you can also simply leave the white cable disconnected instead.

Connect the rectangular (gray) plug of the Stereo A/V cable into the "multi-out" connector on the back of the Control Deck.
After system is connected to the TV:

Insert Game Pak fully into the Control Deck.
Plug the Controller(s) into the front of the system using the left most port for Player 1.
Plug the AC Adapter into the back of the system . Plug the other end into a wall outlet.
Slide the Power Switch on (toward Game Pak).
Turn on the TV and locate the input select. It's often called: input select, AUX (auxiliary), Line, Line In, Input, Source, Select, In, or EXT external). Switch the input select to show the Nintendo game.
The game image should now be displayed on the screen. You're ready to play!

I suspect the message is coming from a Telephone exchange .
A Telephone exchange works by switching your call based on what you dial in as a number it records the whole phone number switches the path of your phone connection to the next path.
(modern exchanges of today record the whole b- number and pass it via c7 signalling on a PCM control channel to the next switches along the route)
(Old step by step exchanges use to switch a call on each number dialed via electro-mechanical rotary switches)
So if the phone of your friend was left off the hook the computerised switch would detect this and time out the phone line to free up the switch from waiting for numbers to be dialed.(This saves computer processor time in the switch)
The switch that your friends phone is connected to would mark your friends phone as unavailable if this was the situation.
When you phoned your friends phone the switch would connect to an RVA (recorded voice announcement -1) and the RVA identifies the switch switch 1-1015-5. if it is a mobile phone and it was switched off a Mobile switching centre would detect this and mark the mobile phone number in a special mobile phone database that is was switched off or out of radio range. When you called the mobile number a RVA would be switched in that says "The number you have called in either switched off or out of radio range " then a pause and then in a fainter sound the switch name would be announced.

You need a pair of RCA cables.You might have some extra.First if you have a cable box or satellite box you must use a pair of rca's (3 cables, yellow, red, and white ends).If you have a digital cable or satellite box the on the back there will be rca outputs.use one of the rca cables and plug it into the output of the cable box to the INPUT of the Bose stereo(they will be labled) then on the OUTPUT of the Bose take another pair of RCA cables and plug them into the rca INPUTS on the TV then use the original remote to the TV and change the Input source the either AUX 1 or AUX 2 which ever aux you pluggen the cable into coming from the output on the Bose.If you do not have a digital Cable or Satellite box then you will need a Modulator.What this is ,is a small box that will convert the regular cable coming from the wall into those RVA cables that would plug into the INPUT of your Bose. you can get a modulator from walmart meijer radioshack...ect for about $20.Hope this helps,rate me if it does or leave more info.GOOD LUCK.
