You can set up an account on www.sprint.com and then transfer things from your phone to that account. You can also transfer things via email.

there is a program called "de ja vew" that usually works with the majority of cell phones. Its a free download on the internet. Download it to your pc, open it and then connect your phone via the usb cable to see if it will work right with the program. Sprint or Sanyo does not have a published program right now for that model phone to transfer items to a pc.

Ok just transfer first all the pictures you wanted to put in the computer to the memory card of your cellphone. After that if you have a card reader remove the memory card in your pc and insert it in your card reader then plugged the card reader to the computer..make sure your card reader is detected by your pc if it is and read your memory card then import the pictures.

Most newer computers with newer operating systems will detect a camera/camcorder when connected to USB. Have you tried it without the disk?

I have an older Xacti that records to SD card. You can use a flash card reader to transfer files without Sanyo software.

Firstly, you can transfer your picture using bluetooth. Activate bluetooth on Apple I mac phone and send the picture from Sanyo 3810.

Secondly, You can remove the memory card on the Sanyo 3810 and insert it on Apple I mac phone.

Photos in the Sanyo phone can not be displayed on tv it can only be displayed on computer using your USB ports and connecting the laptop and the Sanyo phone with the USB code.

If you have the pictures on your internal memory then to save them you just need to transfer all the pictures from the camera to your computer. you can use the software provided or use Microsoft camera and scanner wizard. If you need further assistance please let me know.
