Sir i got dell vostro 1014 laptop i have installed windows 7 X86 architecture i did not find any bluetooth switches i need to know how to switch on bluetooth device in my lap.....

Bluetooth settings are related to your OS. They're in the Control Panel. If you're still having trouble, we need to know the version of the OS you're running. Windows 7, 8, etc?
Well to me the best solution is to buy a Bluetooth usb dongle. which you can put onto your usb socket. This one would quickly pick up any Bluetooth devices that you might want to use with the Laptop Computer. Buy preferably one that comes with bluetooth driver software on a disc. This will cover all your Bluetooth needs.

this laptop good buy, but the problem your having might be a driver problem. the interface is bluetooth not usb. you might need the mew drivers from nokia for windows 7 and use the usb cable to initially instal the drivers instead of the bluetooth.
