Hi, well usually when this happens on ones i get into the shop, these are usually faulty in the area of the control CPU, and or the driver for the display.
Often it is bad soldering on the crystal or the PLL IC. In any event, this is NOT a problem that can be sorted by DIY.
To repair this phone it would have to be returned to the manufacturer, for a "Quote" as to the cost of the repair.
In all honesty though, most often repair isn't an option and the cheapest way usually is to obtain a new unit.
