The manufacture's website would be first place I would search. Have your model number ready. Usually on a wall oven the model and serial number is located just inside the door. On free standing ranges they are usually located in the storage drawer area.

What is the name of the manufature and model of your oven?
Maxim MX70. There was no model number we could find. We purchased a home in Mexico and this is the stove in the home.
I've never heard of that brand before and I couldn't really find anything either. I believe that this might be their customer service number. 908-245-4766 or 1-800-231-9786 is the US although it sounds more like a parts number for small kitchen appliances. Let me know if it works for you. It may be a dead end. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
My next approach would be to find a local appliance repair company near the home in Mexico call them (or if you know where the oven was purchased originally) to see if they can locate a manual for you. Also, I would call my realtor to help; if they are willing. (Just some ideas)
Another thing to take into consideration is that Maxim my not even be the manufacture it could be the name of a model line. For example, Whirlpool is a manufacture however, they have a full line of front load washers they have name the Duet series.
