How do I delete a name and number on the BTHudson 1500.

this looks like credit card # you might want to delete this post.

OPEN CONTACTS scroll to name you wish to delete , at the top of screen should be three dots or lines according to your make and model ; once you have press these dots a list will appear and the one of them is DELETE just press then chosen the unwanted name and number . hope this helps..

In my phone it goes like this
1 open contacts
2 all contacts
3 find the name of the person
4 click on the name--open
5 click on edit in the upper right hand corner
6 scroll down to the bottom
7 click on Delete Contact

Delete an entry in the phonebook
1. Press Names.
2. Scroll to the entry you want.
3. Press Options and scroll to Delete Entry and press OK.
Display shows Delete?
Press Yes to confirm or No to cancel.
4. Press Back to return to the standby screen.

Deleting a Registered NameThis section describes how to delete a name.

1. Press [System Settings].
   
2. [Administrator Tools>.
   
3. Press [Address Book Management].
   
4. Press [Delete].
   
5. Select the name you want to delete.
   Press the name key, or enter the registered number using the number keys.
   
6. Press [OK].
   
7. Press [Exit].
   
8. Press the [User Tools/Counter] key.
   

Go to Phone book on your phone. It will display the Names List/Phone numbers you have saved.
Click on the number you want to edit/delete. Once the name/number is displayed, click on options and then Edit/Delete the Name/Number.

just delete the name and save it blank dont put anything in it and save it try that.
