How to delete channels from sony bravia step by step

after factory setting please select both option to scan digital as well as analog channels then you can scan these channels

In your menu there is a selction on channels that allow you to delet channels. On your remote these is a button labeled I menu, bring that up then scroll down to using the home menu to the right will be a list and one of them is on hiding channels. this should do the trick. IT normally happens after factory reset is done. You need to reprogram the channels. Try the auto program (AUTO TUNING) Process.

1. On your remote commander " Press HOME or MENU button"
2. Scroll down to " SETTINGS or SET-UP"
3. Then to "CHANNEL SET-UP"
   
4. Select " AUTO PROGRAM " To Auto program your LCD TV and it's done..
   

the channels are kept in skip mode, you must re-scan the channels like auto scan, it will solve you problem.

STEP 1: PRESS THE MODE BUTTON ON THE TOP OF THE REMOTE, THEN PRESS TV STEP 2: PRESS AND HOLD THE "SEL" BUTTON AND THESH "MUTE" BUTTON AT THE SAME TIME UNTIL THE BUTTONS ON THE TOP ARE LIGHTING UP IN SEQUENCE FROM RIGHT TO LEFT STEP 3: HOLD THE CHANNEL UP BUTTON UNTIL YOUR TV TURNS OFF. WHEN THE TV TURNS OFF HOLD THE CHANNEL DOWN BUTTON UNTIL YOUR TV IS BACK ON AND ALL LIGHTS ON TOP FLASH AT THE SAME TIME

I am having the same problem with my newish Sony Bravia. There is only a black screen when I use the "GUIDE" button. And individual channels show "No program description".
Did you ever figure out the problem?

Do software update first, if does not help, replaced the main board.

With HDMI there should be no ghosting. And being a Sony Bravia it should be no ghosting. My 52" Sony is great.
You've got connection issues.

you should press 10000, which is the code

edit your inputs and make sure itv1 has't been put on skip


your channel 4 could have been automatically deleted if you did an auto program on the channels.
Poke around in the menu and you should be able to tell it to display channel 4
