Bought this phone off of ebay and think its hard locked. When I enter a code that I was given it says program lock code has exceeded limits. This is a sprint non sim card phone. Any help would be appreciated.

If it is a consumer set code, you can get back in by doing a hard reset, scrub it clean and reinstall the operating system

If it is a PUK lock that has been set because the phone is stolen, reported stolen, or an incorrect lock code entered, has exceeded 4 tries, the Telco that owns the phone has locked it. The lock has an RSA 128 bit encryption code that is impossible to break. It is 6 digits long!

sounds like you phone is locked to one network if the phone is fully paid for you can get it un locked ever by contacting the old network provider and asking for a unlock code or fine the code yourselph ebay is a good start place the new sim in your phone and enter the code you was given

I think you get 3 chances at entering the correct code then it is blocked! You can take it to a phone shop and have it reset back to factory settings!

If your unlock code is not accepted by your mobile then it may be a wrong code. Each and every mobile phone has some number of limited attempts. If you enter the wrong unlock code on your mobile phone, it may get hard locked and sometimes it may become unusable. Check the number of attempts remaining. If all attempts got finished you need to hard reset your phone. there is one option in the mobile Sim Lock..
i think your doughter hit Sim Lock option.
don't enter the wrong pin code because as you enter the wrong PIN code 5 times Sim will block
Sim lock having the same password as your phone password
default password is given in the guide book of mobile
see it from there & open the sim lock
if you don't want the same problem again then go to the settings there is one lock option ... hit on the sim lock ... then off it.. the lock will not appear in future..

Yes you can use NSU ,if you are knowing how to use it because i think the code i genearated for your mobile is not working ,it may happen ,it is not necessary that the code generated by my will work on all the mobile.....ok
