At the back of the seat is a metal bar, pull that up and pull the seat back.
I've found with mine that if the handle is one of the two positions (can't remember which, I think it's for forward facing pushchair) you can't recline it at all. I have to move the handle the other way first then recline it.
To move the handle there are two button/levers, one on each side. Lift those up and the handle will move, make sure it then clicks into place.
On the handle of the stroller/pushchair there should be a grip that has a red button. Push the button and twist the grip away from you. There should also be a red grip on the side of the stroller about half way down. Pull that and twist the handle at the same time and push the stroller down. It should collapse.
Hiya, call this number 0844 412 1212. It is gracos spare parts department. I used it recently to order a spare part for my Graco Cleo. They are very helpful. debs
Hi, we have the same pushchair and it took me ages to work it too! The easiest way is to put the handle bit on first, then at least you know its the right way round! The flaps that come from the handles fix around the front legs of the pram and then the bit that covers the front fix onto the back legs from what I can remember. So you end up with 2 layers at the sides. It sounds more complicated than it is and I don't have it with me to look and explain any better but I hope this helps!
try looking on ebay, you may find a cheap pushchair, and you take some parts off it, just a thought its a shame if pushchair no good now, but i thought Graco would have replacement parts
In the rear of the pushchair halfway down is a thin steel handle. Pull this towards you and apply downwards pressure. This allows the pushchair to fold back down and become a pram..
I solved this problem by e-mailing graco and asking for assistance. and one of their advisors replied. I just sent them the model number and they are now sending out the replacement part.
